About Me
I never thought i was going to be a home inspector but in 2020 I cut my hand in half on a table saw, I did not know if i would be on able to produce the same kind of work or have the skill set to do it, but the hand healed, it's all there, everything is somewhat working so yeah I have the skill set to see the issues, give a recommendation based on being in the field and doing the work since 1997 and having my own company since 2008. I have been in Dwell Magazine for a home remodel done right here on Orcas Island WA in 2023. I have no complaints filed against my license or claims filed on errors and omissions insurance and have been on an estimated 683 projects and have done over 350 inspections of some sort: construction draw, insurance loss, new home, and the home sale inspection pre and post rental, mobile home permanent foundation inspections
